Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

JohnnyKing.com is operated by Inner Kingdom LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy describes what information this site collects, the tools it uses, and your choices. You can contact us through the contact page on this site.

Information you give us

  • Contact form. When you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, subject, and message, and we use them to reply to you.
  • Coaching bookings. The “schedule a session” links open Calendly. If you book, the name, email, and answers you enter are collected by Calendly on our behalf so the appointment can be created, and we receive the booking details.
  • Downloads, programs, and email signup. When you subscribe, download a resource, or enroll in a program, we collect the information on that form (typically your name and email) and use it to send what you asked for and related messages you can unsubscribe from at any time. If a form is provided by a third-party service, that service processes your entry on our behalf.
  • Purchases. If you buy a book or program through a linked retailer or platform (for example Amazon or Audible), that transaction happens on their site under their privacy policy, not ours.

Analytics and advertising tools — only with your consent

This site uses a consent tool. Analytics and advertising tools stay off until you accept them; if you decline, they do not run. If you accept, the following may collect information about your visit (pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser details, and interactions with the site) using cookies and similar technologies:

  • Google Analytics (Google) — measures how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Google’s advertising features may also be enabled, which lets Google collect visit data through its DoubleClick advertising cookies.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta) — measures the results of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and helps us reach people who have shown interest in our content.

These providers process the data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing visit data with analytics and advertising providers, as described above, can be considered “sharing” under California law, and the consent control on this site is how you opt in or out; declining is always respected.

Embedded content on podcast pages

Episode pages embed the Simplecast audio player and YouTube videos. YouTube videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) mode, so YouTube does not set its tracking cookies merely because the page loaded; if you play a video or interact with an embed, that provider receives your IP address and may set cookies according to its own policy.

Cookies this site sets

  • Essential: cookies required for the site and its security to function, and the cookie that remembers your consent choice.
  • With your consent only: _ga, _ga_*, _gid (Google Analytics) and _fbp and fr (Meta), used as described above.

What we do not do

We do not record your screen, keystrokes, or form entries as you type. What you type into a form is sent only when you submit it. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and this site is not directed to them.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent, by contacting us through the contact page. California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing (the consent control described above is provided for that purpose), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Retention, security, and changes

We keep contact and subscriber information while it serves the purposes above and our ordinary business records. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
